Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in any discipline with B.Ed/M.Ed.
  • Strong academic background with leadership and administrative capabilities.

Experience:

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in school administration or leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in improving academic standards and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the school’s academic operations and daily functioning.
  • Mentor teaching staff and ensure curriculum compliance.
  • Handle parent-teacher interactions and school-community engagement.

2. Spoken English Teacher

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in English or any discipline with fluency in spoken English.
  • Diploma or certification in Spoken English/Communication Skills is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in teaching spoken English to school students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interactive English communication classes.
  • Enhance students’ pronunciation, vocabulary, and fluency.
  • Use audio-visual aids and language lab tools where applicable.

3. Warden-Cum-Teacher

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline with teaching qualifications (D.El.Ed/B.Ed preferred).
  • Ability to manage hostel students along with teaching responsibilities.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–5 years in a similar role, preferably in residential schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise hostel activities, ensure student discipline and well-being.
  • Assist with academic instruction and homework supervision.
  • Act as a liaison between students and school administration.
