Key Responsibilities:
Provide overall academic and administrative leadership of the school.
Implement innovative and child-centric teaching methodologies aligned with CBSE guidelines.
Supervise recruitment, training, and evaluation of faculty and staff.
Foster a culture of discipline, inclusivity, and excellence in academics, sports, and co-curricular activities.
Maintain strong communication with parents, stakeholders, and governing bodies.
Ensure compliance with educational policies, safety standards, and school regulations.
Represent the school at community and inter-school forums, upholding the DPS brand.
Qualifications and Experience:
Graduation or Post-Graduation in any discipline along with B.Ed. from a recognized university.
Minimum 10–15 years of teaching experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or administrative capacity as Vice-Principal/Principal in a reputed CBSE/International school.
Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, educational policies, and modern school management practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
