We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and dedicated Principal to lead our institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the academic leadership, operational management, and strategic development of the school.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the school.
  • Foster a culture of academic excellence and holistic student development.
  • Supervise and support teaching and non-teaching staff.
  • Develop and implement school policies in alignment with educational regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s Degree in Education or related field (M.Ed. preferred).
  • Minimum 1-3 years of teaching and administrative experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
  • Visionary mindset with a passion for educational innovation and student success.
