LHK Study Centre, Sigra, Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh – 221005), is inviting applications for the position of Principal. The Principal will serve as the academic and administrative head of the school, guiding faculty and staff, ensuring academic excellence, and maintaining the institution’s core values. The role demands a balance of educational expertise, managerial efficiency, and the ability to foster a positive and motivating environment for both students and teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the institution, ensuring smooth academic and administrative operations.
Supervise and mentor faculty members to maintain teaching standards and effective classroom delivery.
Ensure curriculum planning, implementation, and adherence to educational guidelines.
Oversee student welfare, discipline, and academic performance while encouraging participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate with parents, stakeholders, and the management committee to align school objectives with community needs.
Implement innovative teaching methodologies and digital learning practices.
Monitor examination processes, evaluation systems, and results to ensure high academic outcomes.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably with specialization in Education/Management).
B.Ed. or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of academic administration and educational leadership.
Experience Required:
Minimum 8–10 years of teaching experience, including at least 3–5 years in an administrative or leadership role (as Principal, Vice-Principal, or Head of Department).
Proven ability to manage teams, lead academic reforms, and maintain high standards of school governance.
