Qualifications:

  • For Principal: Postgraduate with B.Ed./M.Ed. from a recognized institution.
  • For Teaching Positions: Graduation/Post-Graduation in the relevant subject with B.Ed. as per CBSE norms.
  • For NTT: Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Principal: Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a reputed CBSE school.
  • Teaching Positions: Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in CBSE-affiliated schools.
  • Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills are essential.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and digital teaching tools.
  • Creative teaching techniques and a passion for student development.
