  • Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum, examination patterns, and school management practices.


Experience Required:

  • Proven track record in managing faculty, motivating staff, and ensuring effective teaching-learning outcomes.
  • Experience in implementing innovative teaching methodologies and integrating technology into classrooms.
  • Exposure to academic audits, curriculum planning, and student performance monitoring.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic leadership and oversee the day-to-day functioning of the school.
  • Ensure the school complies with CBSE norms and maintains high academic standards.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise faculty members to build a strong teaching team.
  • Foster a positive school culture that encourages discipline, innovation, and holistic student growth.
