Eligibility & Qualifications:

  • A Postgraduate degree in any discipline along with a B.Ed. or M.Ed. from a recognized university is mandatory.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of teaching experience with at least 5 years in an administrative or leadership role such as Vice Principal, Headmistress, or Coordinator.
  • Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, guidelines, and modern pedagogical practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Punjabi with proven ability to lead staff, students, and parents effectively.

Experience Required:

  • Candidates must have a proven record of academic leadership and school administration.
  • Experience in managing school operations, academic planning, examinations, staff recruitment, and training.
  • Prior work in reputed CBSE-affiliated schools will be considered highly desirable.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic and administrative leadership to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning.
  • Supervise curriculum implementation, teacher performance, and student assessment systems.
  • Build an inclusive learning environment that promotes discipline, innovation, and extracurricular development.
  • Guide teachers in adopting modern teaching strategies, digital learning, and student-centric approaches.
  • Oversee school finances, budgeting, infrastructure development, and compliance with CBSE and state education policies.
  • Act as the face of the school, fostering strong relationships with parents, the community, and education boards.
  • Ensure the holistic development of students by balancing academics, co-curricular, and value-based education.
