    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Graduation or Post-Graduation in any discipline with a B.Ed. degree is mandatory.

    • Minimum 10–15 years of teaching experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role as Principal, Vice Principal, or Academic Head.

    • Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum, modern pedagogy, and school operations.

    • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

    • Proven ability to lead large teams and manage a school with diverse stakeholders.
