Key Responsibilities:
Establish and oversee all academic and administrative functions of the new campus.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of qualified educators and staff.
Design and implement a robust curriculum aligned with CBSE guidelines.
Promote a culture of discipline, innovation, and holistic learning among students.
Ensure effective communication between school, parents, and stakeholders.
Develop strategies to enhance school reputation and student outcomes.
Monitor infrastructure, facilities, and resources to provide a safe and engaging learning environment.
Lead initiatives for teacher training, capacity building, and continuous professional development.
Qualifications and Experience:
Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in any discipline with a mandatory B.Ed.
Minimum 10–15 years of teaching and administrative experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (preferred).
Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and policies.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage resources effectively and foster team collaboration.
