1. Pro Vice-Chancellor
Experience Required:
- Must be a Professor in Engineering, Fine Arts, or Law
- At least 5 years of experience as a University Pro Vice-Chancellor, Dean, or Principal
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Vice-Chancellor in academic and administrative leadership
- Oversee strategic planning, policy implementation, and interdepartmental coordination
- Promote academic innovation, faculty development, and institutional accreditation
- Foster collaborations with national and international academic bodies
2. Dean – Schools of CSE / Fine Arts / Law
Experience Required:
- Professor with at least 3 years of experience as a University Dean, College Principal, or HoD
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead curriculum development, quality assurance, and faculty mentoring
- Ensure alignment of departmental goals with the university's vision
- Initiate research programs, collaborations, and industry partnerships
- Supervise academic delivery, student outcomes, and compliance with regulatory standards
3. Head of Department (HoD) – CSE / Fine Arts / Law
Experience Required:
- Professor or Associate Professor with 3 to 5 years of experience as HoD
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day academic operations of the department
- Supervise faculty performance, course allocation, and student progression
- Organize workshops, seminars, and professional development programs
- Contribute to departmental research, accreditation, and rankings
