🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
As per AICTE norms and UGC regulations, applicable qualifications include:
Professor
- Ph.D. in the relevant field with a minimum of 10–14 years of teaching/research/industry experience
- Proven academic leadership, publications in Scopus/UGC-listed journals
Associate Professor
- Ph.D. with 8+ years of academic or research experience
- Should have at least 5 publications in reputed journals
Assistant Professor
- Master’s degree in the respective subject with minimum 55% marks
- 2–3 years of teaching or industry experience preferred
- NET/SET qualification desirable for non-technical disciplines
💼 Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and conduct tutorials/labs for UG/PG students
- Develop teaching content and assist in curriculum planning
- Guide student projects, internships, and research work
- Participate in departmental academic activities and contribute to research output
- Foster academic-industry collaborations and student development
