Eligibility & Qualifications:

  • All applicants must fulfill the Higher Education Commission (HEC) hiring criteria for the relevant positions.
  • A Ph.D. degree in the relevant specialization is mandatory for Professors, Associate Professors, and Assistant Professors.
  • Master’s degree holders with strong academic and research backgrounds may be considered for Lecturer and Junior Lecturer roles.
  • Candidates with foreign qualifications and international teaching/research experience will be given preference.
  • Research publications in recognized journals, contributions to academic development, and a strong teaching portfolio will be highly valued.


Experience Requirements:

  • Professor: Minimum 10–15 years of teaching/research/industry experience, with significant contributions to research and academic leadership.
  • Associate Professor: Minimum 8–10 years of academic/research experience with published research in reputed journals.
  • Assistant Professor: At least 3–5 years of teaching/research experience or fresh Ph.D. candidates with strong academic profiles.
  • Lecturer/Junior Lecturer: Early-career academics with a strong academic foundation may apply.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach undergraduate and graduate programs in the respective specialization.
  • Mentor students in academic research, dissertations, and career development.
  • Conduct high-quality research and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Collaborate with faculty members and industry experts for curriculum development and applied learning.
