Eligibility Criteria:
- Professors/Associate Professors: Ph.D./MD/MS in relevant specialty with minimum 8–10 years of teaching and research experience.
- Assistant Professors/Lecturers/Tutors: Master’s in relevant discipline with teaching or clinical experience preferred.
- Clinical Instructors: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Allied Health fields with hands-on clinical training exposure.
- Admin/Academic Officers: MBA/MHA/M.Ed. with relevant experience in academic operations or institutional administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in respective disciplines
- Guide clinical training, student research, and internship coordination
- Participate in academic policy development, curriculum enhancement, and university accreditation activities
- Engage in community outreach, patient care (if applicable), and academic collaborations
- Lead administrative and academic teams in delivering outcome-based healthcare education
