Role Overview:

Essential Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a PhD in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 15 years of experience in higher education leadership roles. Proven track record as a Dean, Vice-Chancellor’s Office member, Associate or Deputy Provost, or equivalent senior academic leadership position is required. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in academic governance, policy formulation, faculty development, and student success initiatives.
Accreditation and Ranking Experience:
Experience in managing accreditation processes and university rankings is essential. Candidates should have demonstrable experience working with NAAC A+ or higher accredited universities or NIRF ranked universities, showcasing the ability to maintain and enhance institutional quality and standards.
