Qualifications & Eligibility:

  • As per CBSE norms – Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject along with B.Ed./D.El.Ed. is mandatory.

  • For Financial Literacy: Degree in Commerce/Finance/Economics with relevant teaching or industry experience will be preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Prior teaching experience in reputed CBSE/IB/ICSE schools will be an advantage.

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of teaching experience at the primary level is preferred.

  • Candidates with experience in innovative pedagogies and activity-based learning will be given preference.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum guidelines.

  • For English: Focus on reading, writing, grammar, and creative expression to strengthen language proficiency.

  • For Mathematics: Simplify concepts through interactive teaching aids and real-life applications.

  • For Financial Literacy: Develop age-appropriate modules to teach basics of money management, savings, and financial responsibility.

  • Assess students’ performance through regular tests, assignments, and project work.

  • Incorporate digital tools, activity-based learning, and interactive teaching strategies.

  • Collaborate with fellow teachers, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to school events and extracurricular programs.

  • Maintain classroom discipline while fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.

  • Establish positive communication with parents to track student progress and provide feedback.
