Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in Hindi to students in primary classes (Grade 1 to Grade 5).
- Develop age-appropriate teaching plans, worksheets, and activities that cater to the academic needs of all learners.
- Create an environment that promotes a love for the Hindi language and literature among students.
- Ensure effective classroom management, providing discipline while encouraging active participation.
- Regularly assess student performance through assignments, tests, and informal observations, offering constructive feedback.
- Provide a nurturing and supportive atmosphere conducive to the academic and personal growth of students.
- Coordinate with the school administration and other teachers to ensure a cohesive curriculum delivery.
- Organize extracurricular activities related to the Hindi language, like debates, elocution, and storytelling sessions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Hindi from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in a similar role at a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Hindi, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in teaching primary school students is highly desirable.
