Job Summary:
The school is currently seeking a PRT (Primary Teacher) for Hindi to join its vibrant team of educators. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, energetic, and committed professional who can engage primary students in Hindi language learning through innovative and child-centric teaching methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging and age-appropriate Hindi lessons for primary classes (Grade 1 to 5).
- Plan and assess lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum and school standards.
- Use innovative teaching aids and digital tools to enhance language learning.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback to parents.
- Participate actively in school functions, activities, parent meetings, and continuous professional development programs.
- Maintain discipline, encourage participation, and promote a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Collaborate with other subject teachers for integrated learning experiences.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in Hindi with D.El.Ed/B.Ed or equivalent teaching degree.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant teaching experience in a CBSE/recognized school.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Sound understanding of primary school pedagogy.
- Proficiency in using modern teaching tools, including smart boards and online teaching platforms.
- Must be passionate about teaching and possess patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young learners.
