Qualifications & Eligibility:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.)/Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or equivalent is mandatory.

  • Candidates with specialization in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) will be given preference.

  • Proficiency in English communication is essential, along with fluency in child-friendly interaction.

  • Experience of 2–4 years in reputed CBSE/recognized schools in handling pre-primary classes will be highly desirable.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the Nursery/Kindergarten level is preferred.

  • Freshers with strong subject knowledge, creativity, and enthusiasm for early childhood teaching may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging and interactive classes for Nursery and Kindergarten students following age-appropriate teaching methods.

  • Prepare lesson plans, creative teaching aids, and activities that enhance the learning experience.

  • Foster a safe, supportive, and joyful classroom environment that promotes curiosity and confidence in children.

  • Monitor and record students’ progress, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement.

  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s development and school activities.

  • Organize co-curricular events, celebrations, and creative sessions to encourage holistic development.

  • Ensure adherence to school policies, discipline, and CBSE guidelines for early education.
