Qualifications & Eligibility:
PRT Science: Bachelor’s degree in Science with B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification; experience in teaching at the primary level is essential.
TGT English: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English with B.Ed.; 2–5 years of teaching experience at middle or secondary level preferred.
School Counselor: Postgraduate degree in Psychology/Child Development/Guidance & Counseling with relevant counseling experience in reputed schools.
Special Educator: Graduate/Postgraduate in Special Education or equivalent with RCI certification; prior experience in supporting students with learning differences is highly desirable.
Experience:
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant teaching or professional experience (depending on the role).
Candidates with prior experience in CBSE/International schools will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with CBSE curriculum standards.
Foster an inclusive classroom environment that promotes creativity, critical thinking, and holistic development.
For School Counselor: provide academic, career, and emotional guidance to students, and support well-being initiatives.
For Special Educator: work closely with teachers and parents to design Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and provide academic interventions for children with special needs.
Participate actively in school activities, workshops, and training programs.
Ensure discipline and uphold the vision and values of MRIS in all professional interactions.
