Open Positions:
Primary Teachers (PRT) – For classes I to V, candidates should have strong subject knowledge along with the ability to handle young children with patience and creativity.
Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) – For classes VI to X across various subjects. Candidates should be skilled at engaging middle school students with interactive and concept-driven teaching.
Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) – For senior secondary classes XI and XII. Applicants must have deep expertise in their subject area, with the ability to prepare students for board examinations and competitive assessments.
Qualifications & Eligibility:
As per CBSE norms: Graduation/Post-Graduation in the relevant subject with B.Ed. is mandatory for teaching positions.
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in reputed CBSE/ICSE schools preferred.
Strong communication skills in English, along with technological adaptability for smart classes, are essential.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Deliver curriculum-based lessons effectively, using innovative teaching methodologies.
Design lesson plans, worksheets, and activities to promote experiential learning.
Monitor, assess, and record student progress, ensuring continuous improvement.
Encourage participation in extracurricular and co-curricular activities to foster holistic development.
Maintain classroom discipline and uphold the ethos and values of the institution.
Collaborate with colleagues, attend staff meetings, and participate in training sessions for professional growth.
