Job Description:

Indian Institute of Management Raipur invites applications for the position of Research Associate to support its dynamic research initiatives. The Research Associate will be responsible for assisting faculty members and research teams in conducting qualitative and quantitative research projects across various domains of management studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct literature reviews and assist in developing research frameworks and methodologies.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze data using appropriate statistical tools and software.
  • Prepare research reports, summaries, and presentations to support publications and academic dissemination.
  • Assist faculty in data management, coding, and interpretation of research findings.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for research-related activities.
  • Participate in workshops, seminars, and conferences as required.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity, confidentiality, and research ethics.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in research, preferably with exposure to academic research projects, is desirable.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SPSS, STATA, R, Python, or similar software.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Experience:

  • 0-3 years of relevant research experience preferred but fresh graduates with strong academic credentials may also apply.
