Position: Research Associate (RA)

The university’s School of Management is expanding its research portfolio and invites applications from motivated candidates for a full-time Research Associate position.

Research Area:

  • Sustainable Finance and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance)
  • (Working under the supervision of Dr. Nikita Singla)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct literature reviews, compile research material, and draft academic content
  • Support ongoing research projects, data analysis, and report writing
  • Assist with survey design, primary/secondary data collection, and interpretation
  • Collaborate with faculty and external stakeholders for project coordination
  • Prepare presentations, case studies, and research publications
  • Maintain academic records and project documentation

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline: Economics, Finance, Development Studies, Public Policy, or Social Sciences
  • Strong research and analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and research databases
  • Knowledge of ESG, sustainability, or impact finance preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in research projects or academic writing will be advantageous

Experience Required:

  • 1–3 years of research experience preferred
  • Fresh postgraduates with strong academic backgrounds may also apply
