Position Summary:

S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR), one of India’s premier B-Schools, invites applications from dynamic and academically inclined individuals for the position of Resource Person (Academic) on a part-time/flexible hour basis. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are passionate about academia, possess deep domain knowledge, and are keen to work in an intellectually stimulating and flexible work environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum educational qualification: MBA / CA / Engineering graduate / Economics postgraduate or an equivalent degree
  • At least 2 years of academic or relevant industry experience
  • Strong academic record with excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Candidates with a research mindset will be given preference

Key Responsibilities:

The selected Resource Person will work closely with SPJIMR faculty and contribute in the following areas:

  • Assisting in designing course content and teaching material for executive education programs
  • Evaluating assignments, exams, and project submissions of participants
  • Resolving participant queries and providing academic support
  • Supporting faculty in domain-specific research and teaching activities
  • Collaborating across departments like Economics, Finance, Marketing, OB-HR, Strategy, Operations, Quantitative Techniques, and Information Management
