Role Overview:
The school is looking for a well-qualified and experienced Incharge to lead and manage daily academic and administrative operations effectively. The Incharge will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of the school, maintaining discipline, promoting academic excellence, and providing leadership to the teaching and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all school operations, including academics, administration, student discipline, and staff performance.
Ensure the implementation of the school's vision, mission, and values.
Supervise teaching schedules, classroom performance, and student progress.
Conduct regular meetings with teachers and provide feedback and support.
Maintain effective communication with parents, addressing their concerns and providing regular updates.
Organize school events, assessments, workshops, and extracurricular activities.
Handle school documentation, compliance, and inspection processes.
Work closely with the management and report on school performance.
Motivate staff and encourage a positive and professional school culture.
Manage admissions, attendance, records, and staff rosters.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Education or School Administration).
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is highly desirable.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or coordination role in a school environment.
Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent leadership abilities with a collaborative approach.
Proficient in handling academic planning, resource management, and team supervision.
Knowledge of curriculum planning, child development, and school management software is a plus.
