Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sculptor & Fine Arts Educator to join our institution. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various sculpting techniques, fine arts, and creative expression, with a strong ability to inspire and mentor students. They should be proficient in working with different materials, conceptualizing artistic projects, and integrating fine arts into a structured learning environment.
Key Responsibilities: Teach and guide students in sculpture, fine arts, and creative design aligning with the curriculum requirements of an IGCSE or IBDP program.
Demonstrate and instruct on the use of materials such as clay, wood, metal, stone, and mixed media.
Develop and implement artistic curricula that encourage creativity and artistic growth.
Organize and oversee art exhibitions, workshops, and hands-on projects.
Encourage students to explore art history, contemporary art trends, and various artistic techniques.
Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging art studio environment.
Provide constructive feedback and facilitate student portfolio development.
Collaborate with other educators to incorporate art into interdisciplinary projects.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Sculpture, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a sculptor, fine artist, or art educator.
Strong knowledge of traditional and modern sculpting techniques.
Ability to teach and inspire students of different age groups.
Familiarity with art history, design principles, and contemporary art practices.
Excellent communication and mentorship skills.
