VIBGYOR High, part of the renowned VIBGYOR Group of Schools, is inviting applications for the role of Part-Time Secondary Psychology Teacher for its Magarpatta campus in Pune. Key Responsibilities:


Deliver engaging, syllabus-based lessons in Psychology to students at the secondary level (Grades 9 to 12).


Foster student curiosity and critical thinking through real-world examples, case studies, and psychological concepts.


Design class plans, assignments, and assessments in line with CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE/IB (as applicable) curriculum.


Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages academic excellence.


Track and report student progress, identify areas of concern, and provide timely feedback or additional academic support.


Uphold discipline and support students' socio-emotional well-being in collaboration with other faculty and counselors.


Participate in periodic parent-teacher meetings, academic workshops, and school events as per schedule.


Ensure timely maintenance of academic records and contribute to the planning of Psychology-related extracurricular activities.


Eligibility Criteria:


Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Psychology from a recognized university.


B.Ed. qualification is preferred but not mandatory for part-time roles.


Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Psychology at the secondary or higher secondary level.


Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.


Familiarity with student-centric and inquiry-based teaching methods.


Tech-savvy and able to deliver lessons through digital platforms if required.
