Job Title: Senior Faculty – Physics & Physical Chemistry

Salary Range: ₹15–25 LPA

Number of Positions: 2 (1 for Physics, 1 for Physical Chemistry)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lectures in Physics or Physical Chemistry for classes preparing for competitive exams like NEET/IIT-JEE.
  • Design and update curriculum, study materials, and test papers.
  • Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and offer mentorship to students.
  • Work collaboratively with the academic team to improve teaching methodologies.
  • Participate in faculty development programs, workshops, and internal meetings.
  • Use technology effectively for online and hybrid modes of instruction.
  • Record demo lectures and academic content as per institutional requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc. / Ph.D. in the relevant subject.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in reputed coaching institutes.
  • Subject Expertise: Strong conceptual clarity and teaching skills in either Physics or Physical Chemistry.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Tech Savvy: Should be comfortable with digital teaching tools and platforms.
