Position: Special Educator
Location: On-site (Sangam Vihar, New Delhi)
Type: Full-time
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with learning disabilities and special needs.
- Provide one-on-one or small group instruction tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt curriculum materials and teaching strategies.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, and provide feedback to parents and school leadership.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
- RCI registration (preferred).
- Prior experience working in inclusive or special education settings is desirable.
- Strong understanding of various learning disabilities, behavioral interventions, and support strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and committed to student well-being.
