Open Positions
1. Academic Roles
a. SSB Trainers
- Roles: GTO (Group Testing Officer), Psychologist, Interviewing Officer (IO).
- Requirements: Prior experience serving in SSB (Services Selection Board).
b. Subject Experts
- Subjects: Chemistry, Mathematics (PGT Level).
- Requirements: Master’s degree in the subject + B.Ed. (as per CBSE norms).
c. PGTs (Post Graduate Teachers)
- Subjects: Chemistry, Physics, English.
- Requirements: Master’s degree in the subject + B.Ed.
d. CLAT Experts
- Specializations: Quantitative Techniques (Maths), Logical Reasoning, Current Affairs & General Knowledge.
- Responsibilities: Prepare students for CLAT and law entrance exams.
e. TGTs (Trained Graduate Teachers)
- Subjects: Hindi, English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Reasoning.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in the subject + B.Ed.
f. PRTs (Primary Teachers)
- Subjects: English, Mathematics, Science.
- Requirements: D.El.Ed/B.Ed. (as per CBSE norms).
2. Administrative Roles
a. Headmistress
- Requirements:
- Master’s degree + B.Ed.
- Prior leadership experience in CBSE schools.
b. Drill Instructor
- Requirements:
- Ex-service personnel (preferably JCO rank or higher).
- Experience in training students for discipline and drills.
3. Co-curricular & Support Roles
a. Coaches
- Sports: Volleyball, Athletics.
- Requirements: Certification/experience in coaching.
b. Music Teacher (Instrumental)
- Requirements: Proficiency in teaching instrumental music (e.g., guitar, tabla, keyboard).
c. Warden (Male/Female)
- Responsibilities: Manage hostel operations and student welfare.
d. Graphic Designer
- Requirements: Diploma/degree in Graphic Design + proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Suite).
