Job Description:

Vivekanand International School is inviting applications from qualified and passionate educators for multiple teaching positions. Candidates must have a deep understanding of their respective subjects, the ability to engage students effectively, and a commitment to delivering high-quality education.

Selected candidates will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons in line with the school curriculum, promoting student participation, and assessing student progress. They are also expected to maintain discipline in the classroom, collaborate with peers, and actively contribute to the co-curricular and cultural life of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to student needs.
  • Use innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment.
  • Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects.
  • Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and events.
  • Collaborate with fellow staff to ensure academic excellence and consistent standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the relevant subject.
  • B.Ed. or equivalent teacher training qualification (preferred).
  • Prior teaching experience in a recognized school environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (for English & French roles) and regional languages (for Hindi & Marathi role).
