Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education with specialization in the relevant subject area
- A minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience in a Cambridge curriculum setting
- Demonstrated success in delivering high student outcomes in Cambridge assessments
- Familiarity with Cambridge Teacher Guides, examiner reports, and assessment rubrics
- Strong skills in leadership, organization, and communication
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for students
- Experience in mentoring or training other teachers is an added advantage
