Job Description:

Wisdom Tree Global School is inviting applications from enthusiastic, committed, and professionally qualified educators for multiple academic and administrative roles for the upcoming academic session. The school seeks both experienced teachers and freshers who are passionate about holistic education and student-centered learning.

We are hiring for the following positions:

1. Teacher-In-Charge

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the academic operations of the school section assigned.
  • Coordinate with faculty, ensure curriculum delivery, and uphold discipline.
  • Oversee student performance and mentor teachers for instructional excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed.
  • Minimum 6–10 years of experience in a CBSE-affiliated school in a leadership/academic coordinator role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills essential.

2. Subject Teachers (Freshers/Experienced)

Subjects:

  • Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, English, Computer, Hindi, Bengali

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and structured lessons aligned with CBSE guidelines.
  • Conduct evaluations and support students in academics and co-curricular growth.
  • Maintain academic records and contribute to the learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in the relevant subject with B.Ed.
  • Freshers with excellent academic credentials and passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.

3. Special Educator

Responsibilities:

  • Identify learning needs of students with diverse abilities.
  • Develop IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) and support inclusive education practices.
  • Work collaboratively with class teachers and parents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Special Education.
  • RCI certification preferred.

4. Games Teacher (Physical Education)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular physical education classes and sports training.
  • Organize inter-house and inter-school tournaments.
  • Promote health, wellness, and discipline through physical activities.

Qualifications:

  • B.P.Ed./M.P.Ed. or equivalent.
  • Experience in organizing school-level sports programs preferred.

5. Admission Counsellor

Responsibilities:

  • Handle admission inquiries, school visits, and parent interactions.
  • Maintain admission records and coordinate with the administrative office.
  • Support marketing and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate with good communication skills and pleasant personality.
  • Experience in school admissions will be an advantage.
