Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to train, demonstrate, and provide feedback to teachers and our franchise partners.(on the job training will be provided for the same)
Evaluating the quality of classes and demonstrations held by franchises
Facilitating dynamic and impactful training workshops for educators in partner schools.
Assess teacher & franchise performance and provide detailed feedback in a timely manner.
Developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures, along with regular inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.
Working hours will be on Weekday 10am to 6:30pm and Saturday till 2 pm only.
Location - Malad West, Mumbai
Qualifications:
Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines and deliver results.
