Job Description:

The school is hiring enthusiastic and experienced professionals to fill various academic and administrative roles. Candidates should demonstrate subject expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students alike.

Key Responsibilities:

For PGT/TGT/PRT Roles:

  • Plan and deliver subject-specific lessons aligned with the curriculum.
  • Utilize modern teaching methodologies to foster a student-centered learning environment.
  • Assess student progress and provide timely feedback and academic support.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and inspire students toward academic and personal excellence.
  • Participate in staff development programs and school activities.

For Hostel Warden:

  • Manage daily hostel operations ensuring the safety, well-being, and discipline of students.
  • Maintain hygienic and secure hostel facilities.
  • Act as a mentor and guardian to residential students, promoting a homely and caring atmosphere.
  • Ensure coordination with school administration and parents.

For Sports Administrator:

  • Plan and organize physical education programs and sports activities.
  • Identify talent and prepare students for inter-school and state-level competitions.
  • Maintain sports equipment and ensure safety during all physical training sessions.
  • Promote health and wellness initiatives throughout the school.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in the relevant subject or field.
  • B.Ed. (mandatory for teaching roles).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in reputed CBSE/ICSE/IB schools.
  • Hostel Warden and Sports Administrator should have relevant domain qualifications and experience.
  • Strong command over spoken and written English.
