1. Pre-Primary Teachers (Nursery to KG)

  • Qualification: Graduate with NTT / ECE / D.El.Ed / B.Ed
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years (Freshers with strong communication may also apply)
  • Key Attributes: Patience, nurturing demeanor, play-based and phonics-integrated instruction

2. Primary Teachers (Grades I–V)

  • Subjects: English, EVS, Mathematics
  • Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate with B.Ed
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a reputed school
  • Skills: Conceptual clarity, child-centric pedagogy, good class control

3. Middle School Subject Teachers (Grades VI–VIII)

  • Subjects: Science, English, Social Science
  • Qualification: Post Graduate in the subject with B.Ed / CTET / UTET preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years teaching relevant subject
  • Key Traits: Command over subject, ability to use real-world examples, tech-savvy

4. Music and Life Skills Teachers

  • Qualification: Diploma or formal training in music / personality development
  • Experience: 1–3 years in a school setup
  • Preferred Skills: Creative engagement, event coordination, and extracurricular integration

Additional Skills Considered as Advantage:

The founder of this legacy, Mr. S. R Dhiman – an established English literature teacher in his time set up the Rose Mount School in 1964. Post which, his wife, Kuljeet Dhiman extended it with a branch in Racecourse, Dehradun. For Mr. S. R Dhiman, teaching was a passion that came naturally and was passed on to his son Madhukar Dhiman, the Director of Rose Mount Pathways.

Madhukar started his teaching career right after class 12 as a tutor. He then became the Head of the English Department at DIT University post which he established his language school Rosemounts Institute. Students from around the world come to study English, Hindi, and French here. He also headed and established Alliance Francaise in Dehradun and got the IELTS and TOEFL examinations to Dehradun, which has added convenience to many lives. He has worked in partnership with the Cambridge English examination and catered to different schools, universities, and corporations like the Doon School, Welham Boys, Woodstock, Scindia, Quantum University, Honeywell, and more. In his free time, he likes clicking birds and is also an award-winning photographer.
