As a Tech Manager at BIS, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless tech operations, supporting both instructional and administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the school’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and software systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity, email services, backups, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Provide technical support and training to faculty, staff, and students for hardware, software, and smart classroom tools.
- Oversee the integration of new educational technologies into the curriculum and assist in the digital transformation of academic programs.
- Maintain the school website and internal portals; assist with communication platforms and digital content management.
- Coordinate with external vendors for procurement, AMC services, and tech support.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and IT security standards.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IT management, preferably in an educational or academic environment.
- Proficiency in networking, server management, data backup, cloud platforms, and software troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of school management systems and e-learning platforms is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with non-technical staff and students.
