Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging English lessons in line with the CBSE curriculum.
  • Develop students’ speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension skills using modern teaching methodologies.
  • Create lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments to meet learning objectives.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
  • Encourage student participation in literary events, debates, and English-related co-curricular activities.
  • Maintain regular communication with parents and participate in staff meetings, workshops, and school events.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in English (Hons./Pass)
  • B.Ed. (mandatory) from a recognized institution
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant teaching experience at the middle or secondary level in a CBSE school is preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and academic credentials may also apply.
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong command of English language and grammar.
  • Proficiency in using smart classroom technology and digital tools.
  • Creative, empathetic, and student-centric approach to teaching.
  • Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
