We are looking for dynamic, self-driven individuals who can handle classroom responsibilities while also managing the school’s online presence with creativity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
As TGT English:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging English lessons for middle and secondary classes.
- Design assignments, assessments, and project work in alignment with CBSE curriculum.
- Promote reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills through innovative methodologies.
- Maintain academic records, student performance reports, and provide regular feedback.
- Encourage student participation in debates, elocution, and literary activities.
As Social Media Expert:
- Manage the school’s social media handles including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging posts, graphics, and videos to highlight school events, announcements, and achievements.
- Work with the administration team to develop content calendars and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and engage with the online community to boost digital presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English with B.Ed. is mandatory for the teaching role.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or proven experience in handling social media accounts is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva/Photoshop) and social media platforms.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–4 years of teaching experience in CBSE/ICSE schools.
- Experience in digital content creation or social media marketing will be an added advantage.
