Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging English language and literature lessons for students in middle grades (Classes VI–VIII).
Prepare academic content, worksheets, and assessments in alignment with the CBSE curriculum.
Foster an interactive and positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
Evaluate student progress through regular tests, assignments, and feedback.
Support and participate in school events, co-curricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings.
Stay updated with modern pedagogical tools, classroom technologies, and CBSE guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in English.
A B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
Sound knowledge of grammar, composition, and English literature as per CBSE standards.
Experience:
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at the TGT level in a CBSE-affiliated school.
Candidates with experience in developing creative writing, debate, and communication skills among students will be preferred.
