Qualifications & Eligibility:
- TGT (English/Maths): Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed. from a recognized university. Candidates should have strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Montessori Trained Teacher: Diploma/Certification in Montessori or Early Childhood Education. Candidates should have prior experience in handling pre-primary students with innovative teaching methodologies.
- Accountant: B.Com/M.Com with proficiency in accounting software (Tally or similar) and school-related financial management. Prior experience in handling school accounts will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in CBSE/recognized schools for TGTs.
- At least 1–3 years of classroom handling for Montessori-trained teachers.
- For Accountant, 2+ years of relevant accounting experience in educational institutions is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver curriculum-based lessons effectively, ensuring conceptual clarity and student engagement.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and regular assessments to monitor progress.
- Create an interactive, disciplined, and motivating learning environment.
- Support extracurricular and co-curricular activities as part of holistic student development.
- Montessori teachers are expected to foster early learning through activity-based, child-centered methods.
- The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, fee collection, preparing reports, and assisting in audits.
