Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons in alignment with CBSE curriculum standards.

Encourage students to participate in debates, elocution, drama, and creative writing activities.
Incorporate digital tools, audio-visual aids, and modern pedagogies to make learning interactive.

Maintain a positive classroom environment that fosters curiosity, discipline, and respect.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan cross-curricular activities and school events.
Support students with remedial learning and guide them in improving their academic performance.
Engage with parents during PTMs and provide regular updates on student progress.
Qualifications & Experience:
A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English along with a B.Ed. is mandatory.
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE/ICSE school is preferred.
Strong command over English language, both spoken and written.
Ability to integrate technology into the classroom effectively.
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to student-centered learning.
