Subject allocation will be based on specialization and vacancy.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- As per CBSE/State norms for the respective posts.
- TGT French: Bachelor’s/Master’s in French (or equivalent DALF/DELF certification) with B.Ed.
- PGT: Post‑graduation in the relevant subject with B.Ed.
- Strong subject knowledge, clear communication, and proficiency with digital tools (smart boards, LMS, assessment platforms) are essential.
Experience
- TGT French: Preferably 2–5 years of relevant school experience.
- PGT: Preferably 3–7 years of senior‑secondary teaching; experience with CBSE board exam preparation and result stewardship will be valued. Exceptional freshers with outstanding academic records and teaching aptitude may be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, syllabus‑aligned lessons with differentiated strategies to support diverse learners.
- Design assessments, analyze results, and implement remediation/enrichment plans to drive measurable learning outcomes.
- Integrate activity‑based learning, projects, and technology to build higher‑order thinking and language/subject fluency.
- Maintain accurate student records, contribute to timetable and examination duties, and ensure classroom discipline and safety.
- Collaborate with coordinators and peers on curriculum mapping, question banks, labs/practicals (for science/computer), and co‑curricular initiatives.
- Engage with parents through PTMs and provide academic/career guidance, particularly for board classes.
- Participate in school events, clubs, assemblies, competitions, and teacher development programs.
