Eligibility & Qualifications:
All TGT positions require a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant subject along with a B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
For the German Teacher, a Bachelor’s degree in German language or equivalent certification/diploma (Goethe-Institut or recognized university) is mandatory.
Candidates must meet CBSE norms for teaching qualifications.
Experience Required:
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE/ICSE/IB school is preferred.
Freshers with strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a flair for teaching may also be considered.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, concept-driven lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum standards.
Incorporate innovative teaching methods and digital learning tools to make lessons interactive.
Regularly assess student progress through assignments, projects, and tests.
Maintain effective classroom management and foster a positive learning environment.
Organize and participate in co-curricular activities, competitions, and events to support all-round student development.
Collaborate with fellow educators, participate in training workshops, and contribute to the academic planning of the school.
For the German Teacher: develop communication skills in students, covering reading, writing, listening, and speaking proficiency.
