The school is currently inviting applications for the roles of TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) and PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) in English at its Bengaluru, Karnataka campus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective classroom sessions for middle and senior secondary students as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, and assessments aligned with learning outcomes.
- Encourage critical thinking, reading comprehension, and effective communication among students.
- Utilize innovative teaching aids, technology tools, and methods to enhance the learning experience.
- Evaluate and report student progress regularly and work on individual student development.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a respectful, inclusive, and academically focused environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, school events, and co-curricular initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- For TGT: Bachelor’s Degree in English with B.Ed.
- For PGT: Master’s Degree in English with B.Ed.
- Good command over spoken and written English is mandatory.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in CBSE/ICSE/International curriculum schools is preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional subject knowledge and passion for teaching may also be considered.
Key Skills:
- Strong subject knowledge and ability to teach literature, grammar, and writing.
- Effective classroom management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with student-centric pedagogy and assessment tools.
- Tech-savvy, preferably with experience in using smart boards or digital platforms.
