Qualifications:
- Postgraduate in any discipline with B.Ed.
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Principal in academic administration, staff coordination, and discipline management.
- Ensure curriculum delivery meets CBSE standards.
- Supervise and mentor staff across academic and non-academic departments.
Junior/Senior Coordinators:
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed.
- Minimum 5–7 years of teaching experience, preferably in CBSE-affiliated schools.
Responsibilities:
- Academic planning, mentoring teachers, managing assessments and ensuring consistent instructional quality.
- Act as a liaison between faculty and school management.
TGT (Mathematics/Science):
Qualifications:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Mathematics/Science with B.Ed.
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in middle or secondary school.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, evaluate student performance, and support remedial teaching.
PRT – All Subjects:
Qualifications:
- Graduate with B.Ed. or D.El.Ed.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in primary teaching.
Responsibilities:
- Teach all foundational subjects with an interactive and activity-based approach.
