Key Responsibilities:
For Principal / Vice Principal:
- Lead the academic and administrative functions of the school.
- Oversee curriculum implementation across all classes.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Supervise teachers and support staff, and ensure professional development.
- Manage school operations, conduct parent-teacher meetings, and represent the school in community events.
For PGT Teachers:
- Deliver subject-specific instruction to students from Class I to XII.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments as per CBSE guidelines.
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain academic records.
- Organize student enrichment activities and support co-curricular programs.
- Attend staff meetings and collaborate with other faculty for interdisciplinary learning.
Qualifications:
- For Principal/Vice Principal:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education (B.Ed./M.Ed.)
- Minimum of 10–15 years of teaching and administrative experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- For PGT Teachers:
- Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed. is mandatory
- Candidates must be well-versed in the subject and fluent in English
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in teaching at senior secondary level required
