Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing academic and operational strategies
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching, curriculum delivery, and assessment practices

- Oversee student discipline, well-being, and co-curricular programs
- Coordinate parent-teacher communications and community outreach
- Ensure compliance with school policies, board requirements, and external regulations

Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree in Education or a related academic discipline
- B.Ed. or M.Ed. is mandatory
- At least 8–10 years of teaching experience with 3+ years in administrative roles
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team of educators
- Familiarity with modern pedagogical methods and school management systems
