We seek a visionary educator who can help strengthen academic planning and student outcomes, particularly in the domains of Science and Mathematics, with a strong focus on competitive exam preparation.

Job Highlights:

This senior-level leadership role is ideal for a passionate educator who is eager to make a meaningful impact on student learning, teacher development, and school administration. The Vice Principal will play a vital role in supporting the Principal in academic operations and curriculum delivery, with a particular emphasis on Science education.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be Post Graduate in a relevant subject with a B.Ed. degree.
  • Prior experience as a PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) is mandatory, preferably with a proven track record of delivering academic success.
  • Excellent command over English communication is required, both spoken and written.
  • Candidates should possess sound subject knowledge in Science, and be comfortable guiding students through complex concepts.
  • Ability to mentor students in Science and Mathematics, especially in alignment with JEE and NEET preparation, will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist students in achieving academic excellence in core subjects.
  • Provide support to the teaching staff and oversee academic quality.
  • Participate actively in school leadership decisions and strategic planning.
  • Guide classroom activities and ensure adherence to curriculum standards.
