Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced and passionate educators to join our Engineering Faculty Team across India. The faculty will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics subjects, preparing them for national-level engineering entrance exams like JEE (Main & Advanced), Olympiads, and other competitive tests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality classroom and online teaching for JEE Main & Advanced-level students.
  • Design and develop curriculum, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
  • Track and assess students' progress and provide feedback to help them excel.
  • Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and extra classes as needed.
  • Collaborate with academic and content teams for the continuous improvement of pedagogy and delivery.
  • Stay updated with exam patterns and trends to align content and delivery strategies.
  • Participate in workshops, training programs, and seminars for academic growth.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirement: M.Tech / M.Sc / B.Tech in relevant subject (Physics, Chemistry, or Maths)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience

Skills Required:

  • Strong subject matter expertise in the chosen subject (Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics)
  • Excellent classroom delivery and communication skills
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring students
  • Ability to motivate students and manage classroom dynamics
  • Familiarity with competitive exam patterns (especially JEE)
