Job Description:

Sri Chaitanya Academy is currently hiring experienced and result-oriented faculty members for its IIT-JEE and Medical (NEET) divisions. Openings are available in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology at its centers in Jaipur and Jodhpur.

This is an opportunity for experienced educators who are passionate about competitive exam training and aspire to work in a high-performance environment. Faculty will be responsible for delivering classroom teaching, preparing advanced-level content, conducting regular assessments, and ensuring top performance in national-level competitive exams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct classroom sessions in your respective subject area for IIT-JEE/NEET aspirants.
  • Prepare advanced-level notes, assignments, and mock test papers.
  • Mentor students individually and in groups to monitor progress and performance.
  • Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, test evaluations, and parent-teacher meetings.
  • Collaborate with academic teams to design effective test series and teaching plans.
  • Stay updated with syllabus changes, exam patterns, and industry trends.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in IIT-JEE or NEET coaching institutes.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a proven track record of producing top results.
  • Excellent communication skills and classroom engagement abilities.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant subject (B.Tech/M.Sc./MBBS preferred).
